We would like to take the opportunity to thank those who have responded to our graduation announcement message in October 2024, along with those who have confirmed their interest in attending this grand event.To assist you in your further planning for this event, the following information is provided as key reminders, updates and additional requirements for those attending the graduation.
Graduation Week
We are thrilled and appreciate your response thus far in attending the Graduation.
1). GRADUATION: Dates and Day: Saturday, October 19, 2024.
Arrive at Haneda Airport on Thursday, October 17, 2024
2).HOTEL VENUE: Best Western Rembrandt Hotel, Machida City, Tokyo

3). REGISTRATION Fee: $150 USD for each person. All registration will take place onsite and those attending must confirm their attendance by message not later than 5 July, 2024. This fee includes your registration, Gold package and transportation to/from all official events and hotel.
4). TRANSPORATION: Transportation will be provided for all individuals who have provided their name, email and country by message to the following email address:
Airport arrival: Transportation for those traveling to Japan have been arranged for pick up at Haneda Airport only and on October 17 (Thursday) only. Please make plans to arrive at Haneda Airport, NOT Narita Airport.
Transportation has also been provided for return to Haneda airport (only) on Japan on 22 October (Tuesday) for those departing Japan.
5). VISAS’: At the moment, VISAS are not required for those visiting Japan. However, please check periodically with your local Japanese embassies and consulates for any changes prior to departing your country.
6). HOTEL COST: Attached are the costs of each room. (Let us know how many rooms would you need?) Below represents the number of rooms already reserved. They are booked for guest on a first-come-first serve basis, so please confirm your rooms needed by message 15 May, 2024.
